Your contact enquiries
The form collects a title, first name, last name, email address, phone number, organisation, subject and message. Only first name, last name, email, subject and message are required.
On this website, the form prepares a draft to open in your email application. No enquiry is sent directly to the website server, and the form does not save this information in browser storage. You choose whether to send it from your email application.
Once you send it, the message is intended for authorised CDInnov staff to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service. This processing responds to your contact request or pre-contractual discussions. It does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
Retention periods
The form does not create a contact database on this website. Retention periods for email correspondence will be specified according to its purpose and CDInnov’s applicable obligations before public launch. Privacy choices are kept for six months in the browser used.
Cookies and local storage
A local record named “cdinnov-privacy-v1” stores accepted or rejected categories, the choice date and its expiry date. It contains no name or email address. Rejecting optional categories is recorded in the same way as accepting them.
No audience analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts are currently integrated into the website. Preferences for these categories therefore activate no third-party services. Settings remain available from the privacy icon and the footer.
The hosting provider may process technical connection data required for service, security and private access control. These operations are governed by the hosting platform’s terms.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and the conditions laid down by law, you may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain uses or request portability. Send your request to cdi@cdinnov.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (French data protection authority).
Website changes
Recipients, providers, retention periods and any transfers associated with new services will be specified before activation. Consent to optional categories is not required to browse the website or prepare an enquiry.
