Consultancy services
CDInnov supports public and private organisations in European project development, coordination, regional development, organisational change and evaluation.
Defining an assignment
Initial discussions establish needs, scope, deliverables, timetable and resources. The contact form cannot be used to place an order, and the website offers no payment facility.
Contractual documents
The terms of an assignment must appear in the documents agreed between CDInnov and its client: proposal, quotation, contract or relevant procurement documents. Pricing, invoicing, payment, changes, termination and liability will be addressed in the full version of these terms.
Confidentiality and deliverables
The handling of entrusted information, rights to use deliverables and any data processing must be specified for each assignment in the relevant contractual documents.
