CAPA launched a consultation with craftspeople, farmers, retailers and tourism professionals. The plan seeks a better spread of activity throughout the year and across the region, with residents’ quality of life in mind. It connects diagnosis, strategic directions and an action plan.
Connecting the coast and the hinterland
Landscapes, villages, cultural heritage, skills and outdoor activities are complementary resources. Connecting them should encourage visitors to discover the hinterland and reduce concentration on the coast. The challenge is to develop these assets while protecting what makes them distinctive.
Turning direction into practical choices
In regional strategy, the challenge is to make priorities actionable: who leads, with which partners and resources, and on what schedule? Our consulting approach puts these questions at the centre of the work. It connects local expectations, implementation constraints and monitoring criteria.
