Bringing employment, training and mobility together
Led by the Établissement Public du Commerce et de l’Industrie de Corse, VIA-MARE continues the cooperation started through MARE. The five regions are working to better connect businesses, candidates and employment services. The project aims to reduce practical barriers to professional mobility between France and Italy.
A shared platform and skills
The September 2025 launch clarified Cors’Emploi’s role: extending skills-based matching, integrating training opportunities and supporting mobility. The partnership is also working on a joint employment strategy and cross-border recognition of acquired skills.
Olbia, June 2026: preparing future services
On 22–23 June 2026, the third steering committee prepared the future MARE Centers, support points for candidates and businesses. Partners also worked on recruitment events and mobility pathways. These services are still being prepared: their gradual rollout should reflect the needs of participants and economic sectors.
